2012 ORION CUP CHAMPIONS!
Wow! What an amazing tournament for our 2012 Manitoba All-Stars both on and off the ice. Our team went an incredible 4-0 in the round robin defeating some of the top female teams and then won the championship with a 3-2 overtime finish over Team Saskatchewan.
The road to the championship included a 10-0 win over the Western Selects, 3-0 over Team WestCan, 3-2 OT over Team Sask, 2-1 over Team Minnesota.
The road to victory was not an easy one, with a plethora of penalty infractions, our Penalty Kill was on fire with 100% kill success; no goals scored.
